Standard production lead time is **3–5 business days** before your order ships. Made-to-order and custom-cut items may require additional time; we’ll confirm the timeline when your order is processed. ## Returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The terms below apply to all U.S. orders. ### Return window You may request a return within **30 days** of delivery for eligible stock items. ### What’s eligible To be eligible for a return, an item must be: * **New, unused, and in its original packaging**, with all components included. * A **stock (non-custom) product** — see exclusions below. ### How to start a return All returns require a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)**. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number and the return shipping address. **Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.** ### Return shipping For approved returns, **the customer is responsible for return shipping costs**. We recommend a trackable method, as we can’t process refunds for returns we don’t receive. If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product, **we cover return shipping** — see _Damaged, defective, or incorrect items_ below. ### Restocking fee Approved returns of non-defective stock items are subject to a **20% restocking fee**, deducted from the refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling. The restocking fee is **waived** when the return is due to our error or a defective product. ### Custom and made-to-order items (non-returnable) The following are produced to your exact specifications and **cannot be returned or refunded** unless they arrive defective or do not match the specifications you ordered: * **Build-Your-Own / custom-cut refrigeration gaskets** * **Cut-to-size PVC strips, bulk rolls, and replacement strips cut to a custom length** * **Custom walk-in doors and made-to-order industrial curtains** Because these are manufactured to your dimensions, they cannot be restocked or resold. Please double-check all measurements before ordering. If you’re unsure, call us at **(877) 342-7538** and we’ll help you spec it correctly the first time. ### Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is **defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect**, contact us **immediately** (within 7 days of delivery). We’ll make it right at **no cost to you** — including return shipping and a free replacement or full refund. This applies to custom items as well. ### Exchanges We don’t process direct product-for-product exchanges. If you need a different item, return the eligible item under the policy above and place a new order. Defective or incorrect items are **replaced free of charge** (this is handled as a replacement, not an exchange). ### Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (less the restocking fee where applicable) within **3 business days** of inspection.
